Tzatziki

Ingredients

  • 2 cup full-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 clove garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1 English cucumber, grated
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill or mint (or a mix)
  • 1-2 tbsp fresh lemon juice, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp fine sea salt

Instructions

  1. Stir all ingredients together until combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  2. Serve immediately, or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 2 days.
